Jojoka
Coffee Company of Naples, Florida, exclusively
roasts all Biscotti’s coffees.
Jojoka is a family
owned roaster with a coffee tradition dating back
to
1894 in Guatemala. They have developed an expertise
in growing, processing, and selecting fine coffees
in
Guatemala, the land of “eternal spring”.
All of the
specialty coffees are roasted daily in small batches
to
insure a high quality, consistency and freshness.

Our “House Blend” is made
from 100% Guatemalan Highland. It combines the perfect
acidity, body and aroma for a pleasant balanced cup. |
Costa Rica Tarrazu is a medium-bodied and bright
coffee, with flavor notes of berry and dark chocolate. |
Colombia Supremo is full bodied and creamy coffee
that creates a smooth cup. |
Brazil Natural is a smooth full-bodied coffee
with nutty undertones and low acidity levels. |
Kenya AA is a well-known African coffee that
possesses deep berry and wine characteristics. |
Sumatra Mandheling is a velvety smooth coffee
that has earthy undertones to compliment its rich cup. |
French Roast is a dark, oily roast of our Guatemala
Highland for those who prefer a rich, robust, taste. |
Biscotti’s Espresso
is noted for it’s character and full flavor, used
for espresso and cappuccinos. A specially blended coffee
designed to excel when carefully prepared. Clean and
smooth, it produces a delightful crema (cream).

BEAN TRAVEL ITINERY |

All
of our coffees are Strictly Hard Bean Shade Grown Arabica
Beans. Because these beans are all grown at high altitude,
they are of the highest quality available in the world.
Guatemalan
Coffee Tree The
Guatemalan Coffee, pictured right is harvested from December
to February. It is picked as a red cherry. Once it is
picked, and the husk is taken off, it dries in a patio
environment. |

Once
dried, the green coffee is packaged in 150lb burlap
bags and is then shipped to Naples, Florida. The green
coffee has a shelf life of up to 2 1/2 years.
